Back to Europe It’s a huge pile of debt :-

Here is some bizarre facts the amount of leverage done on the various European economies. The contagion is spreading, was watching an interview yesterday in the night of a  financial consultant from Europe, and he responded to the questions with the context of European economies :-

  • How much does Greece Owe ?
  • 367 billion $
  • Who they owe too ?
  • Mostly to the other European economies

  • How much does Ireland owe ?
  • 865 billion $
  • Who they owe too ?
  • To the other European economies mostly
  • How much does Spain & Italy owe ?
  • 1 trillion $ each
  • Who they owe too ?
  •  Manly France,Germany & Britain
  •  How is France Germany & Britain doing ?
  •  Struggling a bit
  • Why ?
  • The amount of money lend by them to other European economies. They have to bail out other European countries
  • From where they will get the money ?
  • A broke economies lend money to other broke economies from where the money will come
  • How much money Spain owe to Italy ?
  •  41 billion $
  • How much  Italy owe to Spain ?
  •  27 billion $

The question stands how they will pay each other.

  • Why people are selling European currency and buying US $ ?
  •  Us economy is stronger than European economy
  •  Why ?
  •  Because its owned by China 🙂

  1. None of my economics background makes sense of how the markets are moving. I like the last question, because I know China owns more than 10% of the US debt. I’m already learning the Mandarin dialect so when I retire to the Carribean, I’ll be able to converse with the new owners.

  2. It’s the best time to make some plans for the future and it’s time to be happy. I’ve read this post and if I could I want to suggest you few interesting things or advice. Perhaps you can write next articles referring to this article. I want to read even more things about it!
