Over Priced – IPO

I have done a series of posts on this topic and a paper by Pitchard “Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) must simply be abolished” and some fine prints reading of IPO’s “WHAT TO READ IN AN OFFER DOCUMENT ?? “.
